Between 2005 and 2008, the Rivers Foundation raised money, and donated the funds necessary to build two schools in Rwanda and Uganda in Eastern Africa. In the above image, the school built in Rwanda can be seen under construction, as it was being built by local people. This benefited the community not just educationally, but through employment and the acquisition of new skills for locals. Below, new pupils can be seen standing in front of the finished school.
